Available Roles And Responsibilities
We have opportunities for professionals at every level:
Foreman:
- Confidently run your own sites day-to-day, leading crews and driving schedules to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Supervise carpenters and apprentices, providing clear direction and leadership.
- Problem-solve on-site and maintain clear communication with management.
- Uphold the highest standards of site safety, organisation, and presentation.
Carpenter:
- Read and work from plans effectively with minimal supervision.
- Execute all areas of residential construction to a high standard, both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional worksite, demonstrating pride in your craft.
Apprentice (All Years Welcome):
- Show strong initiative, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn.
- Assist carpenters and foremen across all aspects of residential construction.
- Contribute with a positive attitude and a solid team-work ethic.
