Key Responsibilities

Crop Cultivation and Field Management:

Plant, cultivate, and harvest a diverse range of crops including fruits, vegetables, grains, and forage crops throughout the Ontario growing season, following the farm’s established planting schedules, cultivation protocols, and harvest timing guidelines to support healthy crop development and consistent marketable yield across all growing areas
