BDO Digital is seeking a Dayforce General Ledger Implementation Consultant to join our growing People Experience team. In this key role, you will be the trusted expert guiding our clients through the entire lifecycle of their Dayforce GL system implementation. Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our implementation team, you will own and manage client engagements from start to finish. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end GL implementation lifecycle: consulting with clients to gather requirements, designing solutions, configuring the Dayforce system, managing testing phases, and overseeing training and deployment.
• Partnering directly with client project managers, Controllers, and Financial Officers to analyze and document specific financial posting and reporting requirements.
• Providing expert consultation on industry best practices to maximize our clients’ return on investment and ensure a smooth transition to their new system.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.
• Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and keeping leadership informed through clear status updates.
• Utilizing your technical proficiency in XML/XSLT and data conversion tools to build and validate integrations and data files.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills that will help you thrive:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financial systems. Direct Dayforce experience is ideal, but expertise with similar platforms like UKG or ADP is highly valuable.
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processes, and standard system implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency with XML/XSLT and experience with data conversion tools and processes (ETLV).
• Strong relationship management and consulting skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and design effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Ceridian Integration and or Data Conversion Certification.
• An understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• A self-motivated, articulate, and client-focused approach to every engagement.
