Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the finishing touches that define our service quality. Your key tasks will include:

Neatly and consistently folding a wide range of items—from shirts and pants to towels and linens—following our specific presentation standards.
Accurately packing folded orders for delivery and attaching the correct customer tags to ensure error-free dispatch.
Performing essential quality control by inspecting every item for any remaining stains, damage, or inconsistencies before it is packed.
Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assisting teammates with sorting and other general tasks as needed.
