Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to property guidelines.
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule to meet guest expectations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries related to room cleanliness or amenities.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring everything is stocked and organised.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Embrace the tech-driven culture by using digital tools and systems as part of daily operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience Required:
- 2 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in the budget or mid-scale hotel segment is strongly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a BHM degree are also encouraged to apply.
Education:
- Graduate degree in Hotel Management (BHM) is required.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
- Basic understanding of English for effective communication.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
