Our business runs 24-7-365, and we need contractors who can respond quickly when calls come in. We’re looking for partners situated within 30–40 minutes of the airport to ensure we can meet our customers’ urgent needs. While the work volume can vary, many of our van contractors find the opportunity lucrative, especially during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

As an independent contractor with Lightning Fast Services, you will:

Respond to delivery requests promptly, particularly during peak hours (evenings, overnights, and weekends).
Pick up packages from airport hangars, stock rooms, and other designated locations.
Deliver items to specified destinations safely and on time.
Use the Ontime360 mobile app for all delivery details, tracking, and communication (training provided).
Handle packages ranging from small items to larger loads that require cargo van space (size communicated ahead of time).
Maintain open communication with our dispatch team throughout each delivery.
Operate with professionalism and reliability at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

We’re looking for experienced contractors who meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

Own a cargo van in good working condition.
Minimum 1 year of hot shot or long-distance driving experience.
Located within 30–40 minutes of the local airport to ensure quick response times.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (driver’s abstract required).
Proof of commercial insurance with 300k commercial auto coverage.
Occupational accident insurance and 20k cargo insurance (available through Open Force with automatic deduction from settlement).
Smartphone capable of running the Ontime360 delivery app.
Willingness to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends when calls come in.

Pay rates are pre-set by location and are non-negotiable.
We do not reimburse for tolls, parking, or maintenance costs.
Work volume may be inconsistent, but peak times offer strong earning potential.

Compensation

Annual Potential: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on volume and availability during peak times)
Payment Structure: Pre-set rates by location, provided on our payment sheet for review and signature
