Atlantis Projex is offering an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join its installation team as Labourers or Duct Installers. Whether you already have experience or are looking to build your skills in the heating and cooling industry, this role provides steady work, on-site training, and a supportive team environment. You’ll assist in completing heating and cooling installations across the ACT, working with people who value quality workmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of ductwork and heating or cooling systems in residential properties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure installations are completed efficiently and safely.
- Use problem-solving skills on site to adapt and complete tasks when conditions change.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard.
- Handle tasks independently when required and support the team during busy periods.
Qualifications
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Construction Induction Card
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn new skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior construction or HVAC experience is welcome but not required
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
