 Key Responsibilities

You will lead by example, ensuring our laundry services operate with the highest efficiency and quality. Your core accountabilities will include:

• Overseeing and performing laundry, precise pressing, and dry-cleaning services for guest garments and staff uniforms to the highest luxury hotel standards.
• Providing hands-on guidance, training, and support to new team members, ensuring they understand our procedures and quality expectations.
• Maintaining accurate daily records of items processed, managing guest laundry logs, and assisting with inventory and operational reports.
• Operating and monitoring specialized laundry machinery and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet guest delivery promises and department deadlines.
• Answering internal telephone calls with professional etiquette and assisting with guest inquiries regarding laundry services.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who combines experience with a positive attitude. The ideal fit will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a hotel laundry or high-volume luxury laundry operation is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in training or guiding junior staff is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for record-keeping and report compilation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and professional telephone manner.
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Note: We value talent and attitude. Candidates with slightly less experience but a strong willingness to learn and grow will be considered for a Laundry Attendant position.
