Key Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will be key to supporting smooth production and warehouse operations. Your duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently operating production machinery in a high-volume environment.
- Performing forklift duties for material handling and transfer within the factory.
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and maintaining stock areas.
- Ensuring your work area is kept clean, tidy, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Following standard operating procedures and maintaining a strong focus on quality and detail.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a machine operator within a manufacturing or production environment.
- A current forklift licence (LF) and demonstrated experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and cleanliness.
- Availability to work the day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibility as required.
- The ability to start immediately.
