Key Responsibilities
Your role will evolve as you grow, but your foundation will always be rooted in excellent hospitality and team leadership:
- Master all aspects of restaurant operations from customer service and grill work to training new team members
- Lead shifts with confidence, maintaining our high standards for food quality and customer experience
- Contribute to building positive team culture through your energy and commitment to excellence
- Handle the natural pressures of busy services while keeping the team motivated and focused
- Embrace all tasks with equal importance – whether it’s mopping floors or mentoring staff
- Work collaboratively with our management team to drive results and maintain our position as a top-performing store
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and availability:
- A genuine desire to learn and progress in hospitality management
- Availability to work nights and weekends (we finish at reasonable hours)
- Your own reliable transport and full driver’s license
- Ability to thrive under pressure during busy services
- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential – we value potential highly
