Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for a range of precision tasks essential to plant operations. Your core duties will include:

• Performing general machine polishing, assembly, and installation work to exact specifications.
• Carrying out the maintenance, installation, and alignment of large metal templates and structural components.
• Diagnosing issues and performing repairs on mechanical equipment, including critical emergency generators, to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Adhering to all site safety protocols and procedures without exception, ensuring a zero-harm work environment.
• Completing work reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

This role requires specific qualifications and a proven track record. You must possess:

• Essential Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical, mechanical, or assembly environment. Direct machine polishing experience is strongly preferred.
• Mandatory Certifications: You must hold a valid machine polishing certificate issued by an accredited institution, along with a valid Green Card (Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate) and a Worker Registration Certificate.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately on complex mechanical tasks.
• Reliability: Punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in an industrial setting.
