Key Responsibilities

In this central role, you will be the operational heart of our service department, ensuring every customer and every bike receives top-tier care. Your duties will include:

• Managing the full service workflow booking in motorcycles for servicing, repairs, and warranty work.
• Providing clear, friendly communication to customers, explaining required work, costs, and realistic timeframes.
• Coordinating efficiently with our team of technicians to prioritize jobs and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Handling all workshop administration, including repair orders, invoicing, and maintaining precise service records.
• Proactively following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
• Helping to grow the department by maintaining high standards and a stellar reputation.
