Key Responsibilities
As a Condominium Cleaner, you will be entrusted with the care of the property’s common areas. Your key duties will include:
- Safely operating various types of cleaning machinery and equipment to efficiently clean all assigned areas within the condominium compound.
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and periodic washing of hardscapes and common facilities.
- Managing waste by collecting garbage from designated points, securely bagging it, and disposing of it properly according to procedures.
- Ensuring all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, lift lobbies, and garbage collection points, are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Carrying out any other cleaning-related duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the overall presentation of the property.
Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible and physically fit individual who is committed to doing a great job. You should have:
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a positive work attitude.
- Good physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, which involve operating equipment, lifting garbage bags, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
- The ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn how to operate cleaning machinery; prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Punctuality and the ability to commit to a 6-day work week from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
