Key Responsibilities

Provide full-service grooming, including clipping, scissoring, bathing, and styling for all dog breeds to a high standard.
Conduct gentle and confident dog handling, ensuring every pet’s safety and comfort throughout their salon visit.
Consult with pet owners to understand their styling preferences and provide professional care recommendations.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organised salon environment, including the care and maintenance of all grooming equipment.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Manage appointment bookings and uphold efficient salon operations.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

A minimum of 12 months of professional pet grooming experience in a salon environment.
Proven ability to confidently clip and scissor across all dog breeds.
Excellent dog handling skills with a calm, patient, and safety-first approach.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
A reliable, professional work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What Will Set You Apart:

A formal qualification such as a Certificate III in Pet Grooming, or a willingness to complete one with our support.
A genuine passion for animal welfare and pet health.
