Key Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our housekeeping operations, you will ensure our linens and work areas meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Your duties will include:

Sorting all linens daily and operating washers, dryers, and flat irons in accordance with our precise Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintaining a pristine laundry area by regularly cleaning equipment, including dryer ducts, and adhering to strict Public Health policies.
Monitoring iron roll pressure and steam supply to ensure optimal efficiency and reporting any equipment issues promptly to the Laundry Master.
Participating in daily team meetings to align on operational goals and consistently apply our STAR Service Standards.
Demonstrating outstanding flexibility, assisting in other departments as needed, and upholding Viking’s grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Qualifications

We are looking for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, high-standard environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a laundry role within a hospitality or marine setting.
Fluent English communication skills and a guest-focused, positive personality.
Demonstrated ability to operate industrial laundry equipment, including a flat iron.
A strong team player with a professional appearance, impeccable hygiene, and stress resistance.
Comprehensive knowledge of Public Health Policies and a commitment to safety procedures.
Must be able to meet the company’s appearance standards.
