Key Responsibilities
You will be the central hub for all front office activities, ensuring the office runs smoothly and presents a professional image.
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting all visitors, clients, and partners with a professional and discreet manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls and handling general inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate all meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are impeccably set up, equipped, and presented.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries, maintaining accurate logs and timely distribution.
- Support office operations by managing pantry and supply inventory, liaising with vendors and building management, and assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and the poise to excel in a corporate setting.
- Relevant experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar client-facing administrative role, preferably within financial services, asset management, or a related corporate environment.
- A professional, polished demeanour with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the confidence to interact with senior executives and high-profile clients.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
