Key Responsibilities
As a Rooms Division Attendant, you are a guardian of our guest experience, ensuring every public space reflects our highest standards. Your mission will include:
- Maintaining pristine, sanitized, and welcoming public areas, anticipating guest needs and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Utilizing our innovative Princess MedallionClass technology to personalize service and reduce friction points for guests and crew.
- Setting up venues efficiently for a variety of activities, official inspections, and special events.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of our products, policies, and itineraries to enhance the guest journey.
- Upholding the strictest public health and environmental standards, responsibly managing cleaning supplies and waste.
- Embodying our Service Excellence philosophy to continuously surprise and delight everyone on board.
Qualifications
We are looking for a warm, personable, and motivated individual who is committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year of housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A deep understanding of foundational guest service and a genuine passion for delivering it.
- The ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural team and maintain a friendly, caring demeanor.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining public health and safety protocols.
