Key Responsibilities
Your day will be dynamic, blending customer interaction with operational excellence and team leadership.
- Model and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service, actively resolving issues and demonstrating our core WORTH behaviors to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Assist with merchandise placement plans, contribute to receiving and restocking processes, and help execute inventory counts (including RFID scans) to keep our stock accurate and our sales floor fully stocked.
- Help execute floor moves and visual merchandising based on company guidance, remerchandising areas to increase sales and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment from the fitting rooms to the sales floor.
- Assist with jcp.com orders, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store, to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Contribute to various operational tasks like merchandise transfers and returns, supporting company shrink and safety initiatives, and helping ensure the store runs efficiently.
Qualifications

- A proactive problem-solver with a track record of driving sales and providing great customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently execute merchandising and inventory tasks.
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership of their actions and builds positive, inclusive relationships.
- The confidence and intensity to act with energy and urgency, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
- Retail or supervisory experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
