What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the ALH civil team, you’ll be hands-on with essential construction activities, including:
- Site preparation for various infrastructure projects.
- Asphalt and concrete works.
- Earthworks support.
- Day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Operating machinery such as rollers, excavators, loaders, or pavers (if you have machinery experience).
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in workers with experience in:
- Asphalt, concreting, drainage, roading, and general civil works.
- Machinery operation (rollers, excavators, loaders, pavers, etc.).
- Lead hand or foreman experience for those ready to step into leadership roles.
