Key Responsibilities

You will be essential in maintaining the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production processes. Your key duties will include:

  • Monitoring the TEA production process, swiftly troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time order completion.
  • Rigorously checking product quality against specifications, performing analysis, and maintaining accurate SPC reports to ensure all outputs meet customer and internal standards.
  • Championing workplace safety by adhering to all EH&S guidelines, participating in safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with all local environmental and regulatory standards (EPB, LIO).
  • Leading and participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, such as 6 Sigma projects, to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve operational stability.
  • Supporting plant maintenance, startup, and shutdown procedures, and managing tasks related to raw material inspection, waste stream handling, and equipment calibration.

Qualifications

We are looking for a meticulous and safety-conscious individual who thrives in a structured environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • An educational background in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a chemical or high-tech manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of production processes, quality control (SPC, OOC), and safety protocols (EH and S).
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
