Key Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the core operations of our plant. Your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic systems for all production machinery to ensure seamless production line operation.
- Performing preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment to maximize its lifespan and enhance reliability.
- Conducting regular inspections of the plant’s air conditioning systems and maintaining cooling towers to ensure optimal performance of environmental control equipment.
- Proactively improving your repair knowledge and technical skills to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.
- Ability to work independently on various assigned repair tasks within a rotating shift schedule.
Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and responsible team member with a drive for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in maintaining electrical systems for production machinery is preferred.
- The ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule with a proactive and positive work attitude.
- Experience with air conditioning or cooling tower maintenance is a significant advantage.
