This role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment for hotel events and functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

• Set up audiovisual equipment for conferences, events, and hotel functions
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all audiovisual systems and devices
• Troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet event and guest requirements
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and usage
• Assist in training junior team members on proper AV handling and safety practices

Qualifications

• Secondary education or HKDSE graduate
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar audiovisual role within hospitality or events
• Mature, independent, and highly service-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities
• Proficient in operating and maintaining AV equipment for live events
