Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional pest control and sanitation services to residential and commercial clients
- Perform outdoor work as required, including site inspections and treatment applications
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines during service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report client feedback to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coverage and high service standards
- Participate in night shift and on-shift schedules, working six days per week
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance client experience
Qualifications
- Resident of Macau
- Previous experience in pest control or environmental hygiene is preferred
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Polite, responsible, and customer-focused
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese; ability to read simple English
- Willingness to work night shifts and outdoor assignments
