Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be entrusted with the critical task of keeping our hotel’s core systems running at their peak. Your day will involve:

Operating and monitoring our boiler plants and other essential engineering systems with precision and a keen eye for detail.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and assisting with a wide range of engineering issues, from minor repairs to supporting larger projects.
Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment adheres to the highest safety and performance standards.
Proactively ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by following all established health, safety, and environmental protocols.
Providing clear, helpful communication with other hotel departments to coordinate work that minimizes disruption to our guests.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Bring:

A Higher Certificate in Building Services, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
At least two years of practical, relevant experience in a building maintenance or engineering technician role.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and a working knowledge of basic English for effective teamwork and understanding technical manuals.
A proven dedication to safety procedures and a meticulous approach to every task.
The ability to work independently with strong initiative, as well as collaborate seamlessly as part of a team.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

Previous experience within a luxury hotel, high-end residential, or similar service-oriented environment.
Additional certifications related to boiler operation, electrical systems, or building management.
