Key Responsibilities
You will be the crucial link between our store shelves and our customers’ online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality from pick to pack.
- Accurately and efficiently pick customer grocery orders from the sales floor, selecting the freshest products and best alternatives when needed.
- Carefully pack orders to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, following all procedures for temperature control and fragile goods.
- Work collaboratively with the Online Manager and team to process orders in a timely manner, meeting all dispatch deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of work, paying close attention to detail and identifying any potential issues to ensure order accuracy.
- Provide friendly, professional service and assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient picking and packing area.
