Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit for every guest. Your core duties will include:
- Providing a warm and professional meet-and-greet service, assisting guests with inquiries and directions to enhance their visit.
- Guiding guests through key points such as ticket purchase areas, entry turnstiles, and boarding gates for their flight on the Flyer.
- Checking tickets at the entry point to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Coordinating the special boarding procedures for VIPs and private capsule guests with efficiency and discretion.
- Managing crowd control by maintaining orderly queue systems and ensuring guests adhere to all safety requirements in a firm yet polite manner.
- Performing rotating shift work as required to support our operational hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a heart for service. The ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum educational qualification of N’ Levels or above.
- Some prior customer service experience is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant, outgoing, and helpful disposition.
- The ability to remain calm and professional while managing queues and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
