Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Associate, you will be essential to the store’s restocking and preparation process. Your core duties will include:

Unloading merchandise from delivery trailers and safely pulling pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing.
Accurately labeling merchandise and placing it in designated backroom bins to ensure efficient stocking and inventory management.
Setting up, merchandising, and signing sales floor features to create an appealing and organized shopping environment for store opening.
Assisting in stocking the sales floor with new merchandise as assigned, following planograms and store layouts.
Contributing to a safe and clean work environment by completing safety sweep logs, securing displays, and following all company policies and procedures.
Providing friendly customer service if approached during your shift.

Qualifications

The ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably.
Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise.
A strong attention to detail, especially when labeling and organizing stock.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.

Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stocking environment is beneficial but not required, as we provide training for motivated individuals.
