Key Responsibilities
In this active role, you’ll be at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it. Your day will involve:
- Utilizing our Order Fulfillment Application to gather products efficiently and accurately for customer orders.
- Carefully packing and labelling each order to guarantee products arrive in perfect condition.
- Loading delivery vehicles and bringing curbside pick-up orders directly to customers’ vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service at the Service Desk, handling transactions, returns, and answering customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a safe and organized workspace by moving freight to and from overhead storage using provided equipment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures while working in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is ready to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- The physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders up to 12-16 feet.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or distribution setting is a great asset.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
- Familiarity with operating equipment like reach trucks or order pickers is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is most important.
