Key Responsibilities
You will be central to our clinic’s smooth operation and client satisfaction. Your key duties will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome and five-star customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing high-volume appointment scheduling efficiently for multiple clinicians.
- Handling client recalls, follow-ups, and clear communication with accuracy and care.
- Supporting our clinical staff with day-to-day administrative tasks to help their workflow run seamlessly.
- Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing a variety of competing tasks with strong organisational skills.
- Confidently using clinic technology and systems to manage bookings, billing, and client records.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude. The essentials for this role are:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role.
- An excellent phone manner and outstanding client service skills.
- Strong organisational ability and the confidence to prioritise a busy workload.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and the initiative to work independently.
- Tech-savviness and a quick ability to learn new systems.
- Experience in a medical, physiotherapy, or allied health setting, and familiarity with ACC and billing processes, is ideal but not essential.
