 Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the friendly face that parents remember, providing support and guidance when they need it most:

  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment where every customer feels supported
  • Connect personally with new and expectant parents, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored product recommendations
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
  • Maintain beautiful store presentation while ensuring accurate stock levels across the sales floor
  • Work flexibly across rotating rosters that include weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenging situations into positive experiences

Qualifications

We’re looking for people who bring heart and dedication to everything they do:

  • Previous customer service experience with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
  • Natural empathy and skill in calming upset customers and resolving issues professionally
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15kg and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work the required hours, including weekends as per the rostered positions
  • Willingness to undergo a Ministry of Justice check as required for our industry
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work
