Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, you are the heart of our guest experience. Your daily mission is to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and care:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and sanitizing all surfaces in bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure a flawless first impression for every arrival.
• Maintain and restock your housekeeping trolley with all necessary supplies, keeping it organized and prepared for the day ahead.
• Use all cleaning materials and chemicals responsibly, following strict health and safety protocols to protect yourself, guests, and colleagues.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times, handling personal belongings with care and discretion.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost items to your supervisor to ensure swift resolution.
• Collaborate harmoniously with your team members, supporting each other to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness to enjoy a hands-on role that involves bending, lifting, and moving between rooms, which may include using staircases and open pathways.
• A team-oriented mindset with an eagerness to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our resort operation.
• Reliable transportation to and from the resort. Previous experience in a similar cleaning or room attendant role is advantageous but not essential.
