We are currently seeking Warehouse and Logistics Associates to join our team, with work locations available at either Changi Naval Base or Tuas Naval Base. This full-time position offers a rotating roster with shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, providing variety and the opportunity to develop diverse skills. Transport is provided at various MRT stations for your convenience. The role involves escorting suppliers and contractors, receiving and putting away stores, verifying Life Saving Equipment, performing stocktaking, and refueling high-speed diesel to ships. Key Responsibilities
- Perform escorting of Suppliers and Contractors within naval base premises, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Perform receiving and put-away of stores, accurately processing incoming goods.
- Perform verification of Life Saving Equipment including Lifejackets, Liferafts, and other safety items.
- Conduct 1-to-1 exchange of Life Saving Equipment with customers when items are due for servicing.
- Perform stocktaking activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform refueling of high-speed diesel to ships, following safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all activities.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or similar roles is welcomed.
- Experience with Life Saving Equipment verification or refueling operations is advantageous.
- Even without direct experience, applications will be considered on individual merits.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks as required.
- Good communication skills.
Working Hours (Rotating Roster):
- 1st and 3rd Week: 8:00am – 5:30pm
- 2nd Week: 12:45pm – 10:15pm
- 4th Week: 10:00pm – 8:30am
