Key Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations and customer experience. Your core duties will include:

• Providing warm, friendly, and efficient service to every guest at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining area.
• Working as part of a collaborative team to ensure smooth and fast service during busy periods.
• Learning and assisting with basic food preparation and assembly to ensure quality and accuracy.
