Key Responsibilities

As a Sanitization Technician, you will perform a critical gateway function in our device servicing process. Your primary duties will include:

Receiving and unpackaging all incoming medical devices, assessing them for proper handling and disposition.
Following detailed written procedures to clean device exteriors using approved chemical solutions.
Operating and monitoring automated UV sanitization equipment and performing manual sanitization steps as required.
Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety protocols, including the safe handling of cleaning agents and potentially contaminated devices.
Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and our Quality Management System.
Working efficiently as part of a team on the servicing line to achieve process yield goals.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Potentially rotating to other areas such as assembly, repair, or testing as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable individual who values precision and safety. The requirements for this role are:

A high school diploma or GED is required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and toggle between applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to follow detailed written instructions.
The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a dedicated team member.
A positive attitude, good judgement, and a high level of initiative.
Comfort working with sanitizing solutions like diluted bleach and the occasional handling of devices that may have been contaminated.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, repair, or testing within an FDA-regulated environment is a strong advantage.
