Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, no two days are the same. You will be involved in a wide range of critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly:
- Take charge of preparing outgoing orders, including careful packaging, labeling, and ensuring all shipments meet specific carrier requirements.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and checking for any quality or damage issues.
- Coordinate the import process by liaising with freight forwarders and overseas suppliers to ensure timely and compliant arrivals.
- Work closely with the sales team to organize both domestic and international shipments, preparing all necessary shipping documents accurately.
- Maintain precise warehouse records and diligently update our digital inventory management system.
- Actively participate in regular stock takes and support ongoing inventory control initiatives.
- Assist with essential office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing shipping documentation.
- Uphold high standards of safety and organization by keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We believe the right attitude is as important as experience. Here’s what we are looking for:
The Essentials:
- A secondary education level (Form 5 or above). A certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment is preferred, but motivated newcomers are also welcome.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and email.
- A highly organized, responsible, and independent work ethic.
- The physical ability to handle light-to-medium lifting and be on your feet for parts of the day.
