Key Responsibilities
Your role is essential to maintaining hygiene and organization across our construction sites. Daily duties include:
- Thorough cleaning of site offices and restroom facilities
- Maintaining cleanliness standards in all common areas
- Regular disposal of waste and recycling materials
- Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance needs
- Following established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest hygiene standards
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess these essential qualifications:
- Primary 6 education level
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience
- Fair Cantonese communication skills
- Ability to read and write Chinese
- Valid Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
- Polite demeanor with proactive work attitude
- Neat and organized approach to all tasks
