Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a trusted representative of our business, providing essential services to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will be tailored to each client’s needs and may include:

• Performing thorough cleaning and housekeeping tasks in private homes, businesses, and for clients who are aging or living with a disability.
• Working with care and respect in clients’ personal spaces, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Following specific cleaning plans and checklists to ensure every job meets our high standards of detail and hygiene.
• Communicating clearly and kindly with clients and our management team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who align with our core values. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a natural attention to detail.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport to travel to various client locations.
• A valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to operate as a contractor.
• A current National Police Check, or the willingness to obtain one.
• Full legal rights to work in Australia.
• Previous cleaning experience (domestic or commercial) is preferred, but we are happy to provide training to motivated individuals with the right attitude.
