Qualifications
We are looking for a leader who shares our passion for empowering women and making a real impact. You should have experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of driving sales and motivating teams. A genuine interest in intimate apparel and helping women find their perfect fit is essential. You should be confident, approachable, and committed to creating an inclusive environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage daily store operations effectively are required. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

This full time role offers a competitive package with the opportunity to earn 1 percent of gross sales when your store meets its monthly budget. A starting wage of $16 per hour. You will be set up for success with a comprehensive 12 week induction programme that includes bra fit certification. Your birthday off because celebrating you matters.
