Key Responsibilities

No two days are the same in this hands-on role. You’ll be essential to our daily operations, with key duties including:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and care in our Hobsonville warehouse.
• Safely delivering our gourmet products to customers across the Auckland region, providing friendly, professional service.
• Receiving and checking incoming goods and assisting with unloading (devanning) shipments.
• Helping to coordinate daily delivery runs and assisting with essential warehouse and delivery documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

Qualifications

We are looking for a personable and driven individual with a great attitude. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A current, clean, full New Zealand Driver’s Licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
• Good physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, moving, and handling stock.
• Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong time management.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not essential we provide full training
