 Key Responsibilities

As the welcoming face of our new store, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and providing professional, attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Confidently answering phone inquiries and explaining our business concept to potential customers.
  • Providing appropriate services to clients who come to sell their items, guiding them through the process with care.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
  • Handling essential shop operations like opening, closing, and general housekeeping to keep the store pristine.
  • After training, supporting the appraisal process and learning about the items we buy.

Qualifications

We value attitude and potential just as much as experience. The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has a positive, approachable personality and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
  • Holds a diploma, degree, or has equivalent work experience in any field. (No specific experience in retail or jewelry is required.)
  • Is proficient in spoken and written English and comfortable using computers and basic MS Office.
  • Is willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays (10 AM – 8 PM).
  • Is responsible, punctual, self-disciplined, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Is interested in learning about appraisals and customer engagement.
