Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to key clients, consulting on their complex technical and business needs to develop long-term solution roadmaps.
  • Design, document, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive technical solutions, including system architecture and configuration.
  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to integration, optimization, and post-launch support.
  • Analyze unique clinical, technical, and business requirements to determine and tailor the most effective solution approach.
  • Develop and refine implementation methodologies based on customer feedback and industry best practices to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Resolve high-complexity technical issues through advanced troubleshooting and provide proactive support to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, Support) to integrate client feedback into future enhancements.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor clients and internal team members, empowering them with the knowledge to effectively utilize and maintain their systems.

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, Business, Engineering, OR a Vocational Education certificate/diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience Path 1: No prior professional experience required if you hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience Path 2: A minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Customer Support, or the Healthcare Industry if your primary qualification is Vocational Education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical and clinical environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
