Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will be at the heart of our customer outreach and sales growth. You will be responsible for:
- Proactively making outbound calls to a list of potential customers, warmly introducing our portfolio of travel products and services.
- Identifying sales opportunities by understanding customer interests and effectively presenting relevant solutions.
- Working diligently to meet and exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Providing outstanding customer service by answering questions professionally, resolving basic inquiries, and building positive rapport.
- Accurately documenting all call outcomes, customer details, and sales progress in our company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are natural communicators and eager to learn. The ideal fit for our team will have the following attributes:
- Full professional fluency in Urdu and English is essential for this role. Proficiency in Spanish is a highly valued asset that will be strongly considered.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage listeners over the phone.
- Previous experience in telesales, a call center, or a customer-facing sales role is beneficial. However, we are also excited to welcome fresh graduates or career-changers who can demonstrate a strong drive to succeed.
