TIG Welder Required In Singapore

We’re looking for experienced welders to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position requires someone who can work with minimal supervision someone with initiative who knows their way around engine manuals, operation sheets, and parameter sheets. You’ll be prepping parts for welding, setting up equipment, and making sure every weld meets quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working from engine manuals and operation sheets: You’ll follow technical documentation to make sure every job meets specifications.
  • Checking part numbers and serial numbers: You’ll verify components against travellers to ensure the right parts are used.
  • Prepping parts before welding: You’ll clean parts using acetone, polishing, wire brush, or scotch bright to ensure proper weld preparation.
  • Setting up equipment: You’ll adjust equipment to accommodate variations in parts and make sure quality welds are achieved.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping: You’ll keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
  • Wearing necessary protective gear: You’ll use gloves, masks, shields, and coats as required for safety.
  • Complying with company and safety rules: You’ll follow all regulations during your duties.
