Key Responsibilities

As the face of our tours, you’ll wear many hats to ensure each trip is safe, smooth, and unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a tour bus on scenic routes through Western Canada, adhering to all schedules and regulations.
• Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for travelers of all backgrounds.
• Sharing captivating stories, fun facts, and insights about Canada’s history, culture, and geography.
• Managing on-tour logistics, timelines, and group dynamics to keep the experience seamless.
• Maintaining the bus interior to ensure a clean and comfortable space throughout the journey.
• Building genuine connections with travelers and helping create memories that last a lifetime.

Qualifications

To join our adventure team, you will need:

• A valid BC Class 4 or Class 2 Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain before the season).
• Occupational First Aid certification with CPR-C (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
• A clear Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong people skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Preferred Assets:

• Knowledge of Western Canadian geography and history.
• Previous guiding or customer service experience.
• Entertainment skills like storytelling or music.
