Key Responsibilities

As a Wrecker Driver, your daily duties will include:

Performing emergency road service, towing, and accident recovery with skill and care.
Arriving at work on time daily and maintaining consistently excellent attendance.
Providing towing and roadside assistance safely, professionally, and free of accident, injury, or damages.
Abiding by all federal, state, and local laws while maintaining a clean driving record.
Delivering quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, and courtesy.
Maintaining personal appearance and uniforms according to company standards.
Attending driver meetings and training sessions as requested by management.
Cleaning the shop and maintaining equipment when not on calls.
Removing debris from damaged vehicles off the roadway for law enforcement when requested.
Performing lockouts without causing damage to customer vehicles.
Conducting daily visual inspections of your truck, including fuel, DEF, lights, and tires.
Performing emergency roadside tire changes when needed.
Using route navigation apps and local knowledge to meet or beat estimated arrival times.
Cleaning the inside and outside of your truck daily.
Driving defensively, always wearing your seatbelt, and operating safely in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a clean record, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
Must be 25 years or older.
Clean background, including driving record.
Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts, Sunday through Thursday.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Experience:

One year of wrecker driver experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate who shows the right attitude and work ethic.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: Commission-based with unlimited income potential earnings range from $500 to $15,000 per week based on your effort and calls.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10–12 hour shifts (day shift).
Benefits: Paid time off included.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission.
