Key Responsibilities

Your role will vary based on your experience level, but the core of the job is providing essential on-site support to drive our projects forward.

For Skilled Labourers:

Performing skilled labouring and trade assistant tasks, potentially including gyprock installation, framing, or other construction specialties.
Working independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Assisting in mentoring and guiding junior crew members.

For Junior Labourers:

Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of general labouring tasks across different construction sites.
Handling materials, site cleanup, and basic tool management to support the workflow.
Learning foundational construction skills and safety practices through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring the right foundation, whether that’s experience or attitude.

For Skilled Labourer:

Proven construction experience is required. Experience with gyprock is highly favoured but not essential.
Must be reliable, motivated, and an excellent team player.

For Junior Labourer:

No prior experience is necessary; we will train the right person.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to get to various sites are mandatory.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic are essential.
