Your Role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be directly involved in the journey of our furniture, from arrival to delivery. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming shipments of furniture and accessories, carefully checking them against purchase orders.
- Safely unpackaging and conducting basic quality checks on new inventory.
- Assembling a variety of modern furniture items using provided tools and instructions—a very satisfying part of the job!
- Preparing orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and protected for transport.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborating with the showroom and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
We value attitude and willingness to learn as much as prior experience. The ideal candidate will be:
- No specific experience is required we provide full job training. Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or assembly is a welcome plus.
- Fluent in Cantonese with fair English skills to understand work instructions and liaise with different team members.
- Mature, friendly, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and able to handle furniture items (with safe lifting techniques and team assistance for heavier pieces).
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time: Monthly shift, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 9 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
- Part-Time (Hourly): Shift from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 hours per day, 3-5 days per week.
