Your Core Responsibilities
As our Logistics Executive, you will manage a variety of critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and competitively. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Analyzing and optimizing existing logistics workflows and procedures to identify areas for increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Managing daily communications and building strong, professional relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers.
- Proactively solving logistics issues and troubleshooting any delays or problems that arise during shipment transit.
- Overseeing and controlling shipment costs, including negotiating rates, auditing invoices, and preparing cost analysis reports.
- Coordinating the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates for both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to ensure client requirements are met and operational capabilities are aligned.
- Maintaining accurate records and utilizing logistics software to track shipments and generate performance reports.
The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
We are looking for a candidate who combines educational background with practical skill and a sharp eye for detail.
What You Need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
