Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and support the daily work of the team or shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor processes and performance within the team/shift with a focus on waste elimination.
- Act as a link between the team, support functions, and the team manager, facilitating communication.
- Develop key processes and tools within the cell to improve efficiency and quality.
- Close competence gaps by training and coaching team members.
- Run SOP audit dialogues to ensure compliance and understanding.
- Control quality, deviations, and line stops together with the team manager.
- Support team members with immediate problem solving when needed.
- Execute production work according to ALPS standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- Ability to monitor processes and identify opportunities for waste elimination.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a link between teams and management.
- Experience in training and coaching team members.
- Knowledge of SOPs and ability to conduct audit dialogues.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to support team members with immediate issues.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ALPS standards or similar production systems preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
