Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be on the front lines of our distribution operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from our warehouse to the delivery truck. Your core duties will include:

  • Accurately picking customer orders using voice-pick or scanner technology, whether by full cases or individual bags, to meet daily targets.
  • Loading route trucks securely and efficiently, utilizing equipment like roller carts and following proper manual handling techniques.
  • Receiving and processing returned products and materials from route trucks back into our inventory system.
  • Maintaining our commitment to safety and cleanliness by performing general sanitation duties and keeping the facility grounds tidy and organized.
  • Operating automated picking carts and equipment safely, contributing to a hazard-free workplace for yourself and your team.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to stay informed, share ideas, and collaborate on improving our daily operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for dependable individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a focus on safety. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • The physical capability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, on-your-feet tasks throughout your shift.
  • Prior forklift operating experience is a firm requirement for this role.
  • A proven ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a close-knit team.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, with the skill to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy even in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A valid Class G driver’s license with a clean abstract is a significant asset, though not mandatory to apply.
